Aperture valve manufactured by QiangHan Machinery has a diaphragm center. It is composed of valve body, upper gland, inner gland, lower gland, rotating part and diaphragm. Both of them have a feed-through, and form a valve channel.
The diaphragm is cylindrical elastic, and there is an upper and down compression ring. When the diaphragm was set in the valve channel, the upper comressing ring side was covered by upper gland to the valve body, and the down compression ring side was clamped by rotating part and inner gland.
The rotating part has a handle radially extending to the outside of the valve body, the inner gland was attached inside the valve channel, and it is fixed on the valve body. The lower gland was fixed on the the lower side of the valve body, and the rotating part is clamped between them. And through the handle we can control the diaphragm and the flow of materials.
In case of we need to adjust to the fixed gear, the outside of the valve body is equiped with a ratchet, and the end of the clasp-handle has many pawls, which is used for change the diascharging size as we needed. Theres a returning spring between the handle and the clasp-handle, it always make the pawls laterally attached to the body of the valve, so that the ratchet is aways in the rotation path of pawls as well, and the adjustment is smoothly completed.
